Buying and Selling Caravans
If a caravan is being sold at Sokn Camping with the intention that it will remain on its pitch and the new buyer will take over the lease, the following sales procedure MUST be followed:
The seller must inform Sokn Camping that the caravan is for sale and that the current lease agreement with Sokn Camping is intended to be transferred to the new buyer.
Both the seller and the new buyer must use Sokn Camping's sales contract. This contract clearly states that 7% of the purchase price must be paid to Sokn Camping if the caravan is to remain on its pitch and for the lease agreement to be transferred to the buyer.
