The overview below shows what is suitable for each individual pitch. Please check that this matches the pitch you have booked.

  • Camping is only allowed in marked pitches, maintaining a minimum distance of 4 meters from the nearest camping unit. Awnings, canopies, and similar items are also considered part of the camping unit.

    Motorhomes and caravans must be positioned at the arrow, with the front of the vehicle facing the direction indicated by the arrow.

    Please exercise caution when using a grill, keeping it well away from your own and neighboring camping units. It is not permitted to place grills directly on the ground.

    Fire pits or other open fires are not permitted.

  • The speed limit across the entire site is 10 km/h. Please be considerate of others moving around the area.

  • All power outlets are CEE type. Adapters are available for purchase at the reception. You must only connect to power outlets using cables approved for outdoor use, with a cross-section of 2.5 mm² and a maximum length of 25 meters. Some outlets have a twist-lock mechanism; after connecting your cable, you need to twist it to activate the power. Twist it back to disconnect. Each outlet is designed to supply only one camping unit.

  • Electric vehicles can only be charged at our two designated charging stations located in the parking area by the restaurant. Charging from any other point is not permitted. If you require faster charging, a station is available at Kiwi Mosterøy, approximately 1 km away.

  • Sokn Camping is family-friendly, and quiet hours are observed between 11:00 PM and 7:00 AM.

  • Dogs are welcome, but must be kept on a leash all year round, both within the campsite and on all surrounding islands. Dog waste MUST be picked up, and the bag disposed of in the waste container.

  • The Sokn bus terminal is located 600 meters from the campsite. From here, you can take bus number 10 to Stavanger. While cash payment is accepted on the bus, it is cheaper to download the Kolumbus ticket app and pay using that.

  • Check-in and check-out time is 1:00 PM.

  • We have a waste disposal station conveniently located by the entrance, offering facilities for emptying chemical toilets and a container for general waste. The waste containers have access hatches on both sides.

  • Toilets and showers are located at the back of the service building. Showers are free of charge.

  • Our laundry room, equipped with a washing machine and dryer, is located right next to the toilets. Payment is by card only. There is also a sink available for simple dishwashing.

  • Receive a 100% refund if you cancel 7 days before check-in. Receive a 50% refund if you cancel 3 days before check-in.

    To cancel your booking: Visit Campio.no or use the Campio app. Log in or create an account using your email address. Navigate to 'My bookings,' locate the reservation you wish to cancel, and select the cancellation option.
